Exchange and Return Policy:
- Exchange and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers and include all the products we offer in our store.
- All products displayed on our store are eligible for the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions specified on this page.
- Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and sealed in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Please contact us through our Contact Us page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
- Please take a photo of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to be exchanged for another product in case the product is spoiled, has a specific defect, or is not suitable as agreed upon.
- The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the received product is completely different from the product description on our website.
- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of products by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page of our website.
- A 30% deduction or a value not less than 25 dirhams will be applied if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or any mentioned problem.
