Is there delivery outside the country? Currently, the shipping companies we work with deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on the delivery page. All cities reachable by the shipping company's representative are displayed.

You can request international delivery outside the country by contacting the store team via WhatsApp to provide information on the product weight and pricing from international shipping agents not currently registered with the store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product? You should refer to the return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In the case of a manufacturing defect agreed upon for return, the shipping cost for the company and the return shipping cost to the customer are calculated. However, the product's value is not charged to the customer according to the return policy.
